# Consideraciones

Lee las siguientes consideraciones debes tener antes de comenzar a probar o integrar Videsk.

**Debes cerrar cualquier tipo de programa que pueda estar utilizando tu micrófono y/o cámara antes de realizar una llamada.**

Esto debido, a que en ningún dispositivo es posible utilizar micrófono o cámara al mismo tiempo junto con tu navegador, como por ejemplo: Zoom, Skype, Teams, Bluejeans, Webex, Discord, Slack, Lifesize, GoToMeeting, etc. que estén instalados en tu equipo.

Las excepciones son que dentro del mismo navegador estes utilizando una videollamada.

Si estás en una demo con tu equipo te sugerimos apagar o silenciar tu micrófono y cámara.
