## Errores conocidos en Okta

### Flujo de post-autenticación lleva a vista apps Okta

Si al iniciar sesión con SSO, Okta solicita iniciar sesión y posteriormente lleva a una interfaz de selección de apps disponibles para el usuario, **es debido a que el certificado público de firma (Signature Certificate) está incorrecto**. Obtén el certificado actualizado desde acá: [SAML](/es-dashboard/seguridad/sso/saml.md#certificado-publico).

Debes considerar que el flujo conocido como error silencioso del certificado obliga a los usuarios Okta a seleccionar una app SAML manualmente, evadiendo la redirección automática a nuestro servicio callback sin indicar algún error claro del certificado de firma.
